Suman

I love Suman. This food is one of the Filipino delicacies that I love to eat on snack and to be matched with hot chocolate or coffee.

Suman is made of cooked sticky rice carefully wrapped in a piece of Banana leaf.

In Tagaytay Aling Carmen’s Suman is one of the best Sumans I’ve ever tasted. Her secret ingredient on its sauce is just right to compliment the unflavored Suman. Moreover, to add more texture and flavour she adds it with grated Coconut.

A pair of this food costs Php50, truly a heavy snack that will delight your day.
